Telehealth Appointments

Is it an evening, weekend, or holiday and you are sick and need to see a healthcare provider?

In an effort to limit the exposure of illness for our current patients and to help out our local Emergency Departments and Urgent Care offices who are currently overwhelmed by the high volume of sick patients, we are now offering evening and weekend, holiday telehealth for our current patients.

If you are sick or need to be seen, please click on the link below or text 563-543-5363 to schedule a telehealth appointment. These appointments will be provided based on availability.

If you are having a true emergency, call 911 or go to your local emergency department instead. These appointments are NOT for emergency concerns but instead for minor illnesses only and are based on provider availability.

COVID-19 Vaccinations

We are now offering self-scheduling for COVID-19 vaccinations.

Please use our self-scheduling below to schedule your appointment time.

If you are not able to keep your vaccine appointment, please be sure to contact us so someone else will be able to utilize your appointment time as we DO NOT want to waste any vaccine. Thank you!

COVID-19 Testing

We are offering COVID-19 Testing at Epic Health and Wellness. Options include:

Test Iowa Self-Testing Kits

We have Test Iowa self-testing kits that you take home and pre-register the kit, provide the saliva sample into the tube, and then you can either place a label on the box and drop the sealed, labeled box into any UPS box, or you can drop it back off to our clinic doing normal business hours and it will be couriered directly to the State Hygenic Lab (SHL) for processing. These tests are free to Iowa residents. The SHL will then email you your results.

RAPID Antigen COVID-19 Testing

We have RAPID Antigen COVID-19 tests for which you receive your results within 30 minutes. The cost for these is $75 Monday through Friday and $150 Saturday and Sunday.

RAPID PCR Molecular Testing

We also now have RAPID PCR Molecular Testing which many travel agencies are requiring. These test results are ready in 30-45 minutes and cost $150 Monday-Friday and $160 on Saturday and Sunday.

Only the Test Iowa kits are free of charge, the other rapid tests are priced accordingly and need to be paid in full at the time of service. We will not bill insurance for this testing unless you have an appointment to be evaluated as well.
